History
In 1984, David and Debra McCoy founded McCoy Janitorial and Landscaping East Detroit. In 1988, the McCoy’s changed the company name to McCoy Maintenance, Inc. after eliminating the landscaping part of the
business to keep up with the high demand for janitorial work.
Over the course of a Quarter Century, the McCoy family has built a strong business, growing to meet the demands of their customers by developing new expertise and adding new services. McCoy Maintenance, Inc. is unmatched
for customer service and satisfaction in Southeast Michigan.
The McCoys are community people—community builders and contributors to the community. President David McCoy is an active member of ABSCM, Eastpointe Kiwanis, and Eastpointe Chamber of Commerce.
